I scheduled an eye exam with Brittney Mazza at Mass Eye and Ear. I was welcomed by Brittney, escorted to the exam room and treated at all time with respect and dignity. Her demeanor and patience were excellent and her ability to maintain a relevant conversation made the experience refreshing. She took time to let me focus my eyes and made sure I was ready for each transition stage of the exam. I can easily say it was the best most thorough eye exam I have ever had.
