I had an extremely disappointing experience with this medical practice's customer service. During a recent call, the representative was not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude. The call ended with the representative screaming and hanging up. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and empathy are crucial. I hope the practice addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more respectful and supportive environment for patients.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The staff is extremely rude. The nurse was literally yelling at us in front of our children if we completed the paperwork which I was told wasn’t sent since they never put in my phone number. I was told she “wasn’t this doctor’s normal nurse” to excuse her rudeness! I checked in at 3:08 with a 3:00pm appointment (kids were hustling to leave school early) along with my husband who had a 3:30 appointment…the front office told us that we needed to reschedule our appointments (even after we c... read more

First visit with Dr. Benjamin to establish with a local primary doctor. She was friendly and professional and took the time to listen and engage fully in regards to my medical history and concerns. I feel like I found a Primary who listens, cares and is proactive.
