We thought this was the perfect place for us. It is quiet and we just love our home. But there’s a trade-off. It is a co-op community, which means the land belongs to everyone. They won’t allow us to put any types of trees up even bushes have to be approved by the board. There are so many rules that it’s just ridiculous. And the president of the board, Carol, is extremely hard to deal with. If we had it to do over again, we would never move into a community like this. Like I said, the rules are just ridiculous
