This is a lovely and quiet place to live in a residential neighborhood, but close to restaurants, markets, a playground, tennis, and other activities. The grounds are really lovely when everything is in full bloom in the summer. The condo association fee covers nearly everything.
Great place to live! Forest View Racquet & Fitness Club across the street, with a newly renovated tennis complex. Club's offerings include a nursery for both members and non-members. Falcon Park, at corner of Goebbert and Falcon, offers a playground and basketball court. Township HS District 214's school next to the club offers community education classes, entertainment/shows, trips, year-round. PACE bus stop a few feet from BP's Algonquin parking lot.
