I am highly disappointed in this Healthcare Provider. I was informed I needed to make an appointment before meds that I cannot miss would be refilled. So I went 2 weeks without my meds while waiting for them to find an available appointment. An ER visit later, and finally I get a telehealth appointment today only to be told I have a $60 balance from 2023.
