I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Massengill. I'll preface this by saying that I was very traumatized from my experience with my first labor and delivery (in a different state — not at the hands of Massengill or CRMC), so I was nervous about my pregnancy and birth moving forward. I absolutely LOVEEEEE her & her staff!! They listen and they care!
I have seen Lauren Stone and she is very understanding. I have something going on and I feel like there not going to stop until they figure out what’s wrong. I have had some billing issues but I really don’t think it’s their fault. It’s my insurance provider.DO NOT GET AMBETTER OF ALABAMA health insurance through the marketplace. It’s the worst insurance I have ever had!!!
I can not recommend this doctor or Cullman Regional to give birth at. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. I had a terrible experience both with my prenatal care and labor and delivery. Never, ever again.
