I did not get to see Dr Massengill. She may have been wonderful but I was going to be charged a 100 dollar deductible. I had already called my insurance company ahead and was told this was 100% covered under preventive and I would not have to pay anything. I canceled my appointment, went to my car and called my insurance company back and has them check into it. Dr Massengil is in the group and they could not understand why I was being charged. I will take my business somewhere else.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Massengill. I'll preface this by saying that I was very traumatized from my experience with my first labor and delivery (in a different state — not at the hands of Massengill or CRMC), so I was nervous about my pregnancy and birth moving forward. Massengill was very understanding of my prior experience and took the time to actually listen to me and to read and discuss my birth plan for this pregnancy/delivery.
