Do not recommend. Very disappointed in the experience and product of working with Brittany Lea Designs. We spent thousands on custom floor plans only to have to have them completely re-drawn due to things not being drawn to code, structural concerns, and unnecessary mistakes. We felt rushed, had little to no guidance in the process, and basically told them what to draw (we are not drafters and have no idea what we are doing, which is why we hired them). Brittany was fabulous to work with. Very patient, she came up with an awesome residential plan for me, did both levels of electrical, my site plan and handled the Rescheck. She was very responsive and super professional! I highly recommend Brittany Lea Designs and will definitely hire her for any future projects.
