Minutes ago I reached out to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Lambert. After a 10 minute wait holding-no problem it’s Monday morning. A scheduler, Rachel. Answered the phone stating “ patients date of birth”. Several reviews commented on professionalism. Was not my experience with Rachel.
