I hesitated to write this review, but feel it may help someone else. Someone close to me went to see doctor Lambert and has been nothing but let down. Having searched for a PCP for over year, she chose Dr. Lambert based on the positive reviews. Pros: Dr. Lambert is punctual, she nurse is friendly, scheduling was easy, and staff in general are welcoming. Cons: Dr. Lamber does not follow through on patient request. Do not go here if you need something more than an annual check-up. Dr. Lambert is pleasant enough in conversation. She uses AI to provide her notes and she still misses key details. She is slow to follow-up on anything discusses, if she actually follows-up at all.

Minutes ago I reached out to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Lambert. After a 10 minute wait holding-no problem it’s Monday morning. A scheduler, Rachel. Answered the phone stating “ patients date of birth”. Several reviews commented on professionalism. Was not my experience with Rachel.
