I came in to get something I could use in the day time and I need to drive. Then she gave me Nortriptyline. That doesn't work for me during the day. Then I called Fri at 1pm and talked to someone to see if they can give me something for the day. He took my number and said he'd get back to me. I need some relief!
Attentive and detailed bedside manners. Very empathetic and takes the time to listen to make sure you feel heard.
Dr. Lambert is the PCP for my entire family. I just had my yearly check up this week and she was very attentive to some concerns I had and didn’t rush me through my visit. Whenever I need a question answered during the year her office is always responsive within a reasonable amount of time. My sons and husband are also happy with her care. We have been seeing her for several years now.
Having difficulties with follow-ups from Dr. Lambert. She is not fast about giving directions after labs. This was my experience after an annual physical and after I referred my husband to her when he was sick. We have had to follow up with her when labs are not within normal limits. Our previous doctor in the same practice (who left the practice hence we needed to find a new doctor) was very quick in giving directions through the portal or phone calls so we know what it's like to have good service.
