At first I really liked Dr Kauffman and her office staff, everyone was always polite and kind, then over a month ago I tried to make an appointment and had to schedule 6 weeks out. I took work off for my appointment because I live 40 minutes away from the office and was halfway to my appointment when they called and cancelled my appointment and I was told I could reschedule for the following week. We see her when our family Dr is out of town and she is so down to earth and understanding.
Dr. Kauffman is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and she really cares. I'm glad I switched from Beacon to Goshen Health.
Love her, she is both mine and my fiance's medical provider, and she goes above and beyond!!! Very nice and professional staff!!
The most AMAZING Dr EVER !!! She’s attentive, precise, and absolutely knows her stuff. My family has been blessed tremendously to have her.
