Dr. Jones is a fine doctor and the experience with her was positive but she deserves a more competent admin staff. The wrong prescriptions were sent, no voicemail was set up and no one answered my calls so I had to physically come into the office to ask for the correct prescriptions to be sent. It’s unacceptable and her patients deserve better.
She's a wonderful doctor! She's friendly, interacts well, and is attentive. She also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you have, and she takes the time to answer them.
She is the worst’s primary doctor that our family have met in Virginia.
