I am writing this review because I want to share my experience with Brittney House. My Husband was at Brittany House for 2 1/2 years until he passed away recently. I would like to commend one of the care givers. His name is Marcus and he worked in the unit where my Husband was. Marcus is very conscientious, caring and helpful. Anytime I had any questions or ask him for help he took care of it. He especially kept me informed during my Husbands last few days because I could not be there. He is a great asset to Brittany House.Thank you Marcus
I had my Dad at Brittany house a few years ago for 1 night. Caregivers were rude and not well-trained. When I asked one to turn down the TV, as residents were having trouble hearing each other, he said couldn't because some residents liked it on loud. It was something like judge judy. activities were a joke. on a walk one of the caregivers told me to get out of the way. we took Dad out the next day.
It a warm and cozy place. It very intimate and they treat you like family. The staff are very nice and warm. Thank you for all that you do for our seniors.
My name Paul Hayes, and I want to give a shout out to the BRITTANY HOUSE !!! I'm a decorated disable MARINE combat veteran with many health issues. The Brittany house team was, has and continues great care of my mom! This place is not a death house! Always taking care of all patients and their needs...this place is Great ! On top of that getting started, coping, the paperwork, medical calls (as in dealing with hospitals, even well being of my mom calls) and financial responsibilities.
