Brittany is very nice and thorough. Great last visit with her.
I was there the first week of March and I have yet to get any test results. It took 1 month just to be able to schedule my next appointment as they wouldn’t schedule me until I spoke to “Diane”. Everytime I kept calling she was not there. Also, they canceled my appointment the morning of the appointment through text without asking me if it’s ok to cancel as I had to accommodate my work schedule and my husband had to take off from work in advance so that he can watch my baby. I don't understand why you refuse to schedule my annual well woman appointment in advance. And then are rude about it to top it off. I was told I have to remember to call the office 2 months before I should be due for my annual appointment. Why can't you offer this service? I've never heard of this before from a medical establishment. Last year I was told someone would call me to schedule, but you never did. Brittany has a beautiful personality. She makes you feel very comfortable. She takes her time with you. You don't feel rush. I had a great visit.
