I don't understand why you refuse to schedule my annual well woman appointment in advance. And then are rude about it to top it off. I was told I have to remember to call the office 2 months before I should be due for my annual appointment. Why can't you offer this service? I've never heard of this before from a medical establishment. Last year I was told someone would call me to schedule, but you never did. Brittany has a beautiful personality. She makes you feel very comfortable. She takes her time with you. You don't feel rush. I had a great visit.

I have only met with Brittney so far, she has been amazing! I left an office I was at for 24 years for 3 cancelled appointments not by me, by them. I was able to get in right away and seen for something that was very imperative. She listened and helped me feel better about what was going on. You can tell she loves her job Thabk you!

I recently switched insurance companies and chose Women’s Health Connecticut because it was nearby and had many locations. It was very easy to make an appointment. I needed one ASAP so the receptionist found the earliest available appointment at a slightly further branch. I had told the receptionist there was a specific issue I wanted to discuss with the doctor. Dr Hannon saw that in my notes and asked about it specifically. Brittany is friendly, kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. She provides excellent care. She really listens. You never feel rushed and she doesn't dismiss your concerns. I would highly recommend Brittany.
