I live here and have really enjoyed my time at the complex. I haven't had any issues that werent fixed in a day or two
I live in the community and really like it. They have done alot of work and the staff is always friendly and understanding. Great prices for Aiken and the value is awesome.
Whitney, I regret you are not enjoying your stay with us here at Brittany Downs. Yes, we do like our rules to be followed and will let you know if they are not, but my main concern is your complaint about noise. We are generally a quiet community and noise complaints are few and far between. I am hoping what you have been hearing is your upstairs neighbor moving in. Which they did just last weekend. This apartment complex is so strict which is a good thing but also bad bc they like to stick notes on your door about every little thing...and if you move in here dont live on the bottom floor my apartment sounds like a thunderstorm everyday bc of the upstairs neighbors stomping around slamming stuff around..no respect for other people. Will not be signing another lease here
