As a renter I have been here for three years. The main selling points when my wife and I moved here was the proximity to DC, location to surrounding parks for our dog, and price. The neighbors are amazing people, diverse, and never felt unsafe. Downside is that management in this building needs a lot of improvement. The building is older and requires a lot of maintenance. When you live here and call to ask the front desk questions, half the time the answers are ‘I don’t know.’ It’s like pulling teeth to get any real answer

This condominium complex needs better staffing, less leaks, and better service to their residence. I was visiting a friend and saw a bunch of code violations. I believe she should move, especially for the amount it cost to live there. It's only convenient for a few things

Great location and close to DC proper. The elevators and water will go out from time to time and will take all day to fix. Elevators will be out days and weeks at a time.
