Do not move here. There are pests, bad landlords, bad neighbors and terrible management. If water isn’t being shut off, it’s leaking into your apartment. Landlords will wait days to weeks to resolve your issues if you rent from here, especially on the second floor. This place constantly floods and there are significant foundation cracks in the lower level garage.
Great place to live but if you’re considering buying anytime in 2026, inquire about the pending special assessment. It’ll be approximately $8-10K per unit. The assessment is for things we don’t need! They’re replacing the generator and it works fine! They use faulty logic by saying if we replace it in 5 years, it’ll cost more. No kidding, I have a 10 year old car…if I keep it 5 more years, a new car will cost more but I don’t need a new car! The board is mostly females who fall prey to company sales pitches!
