As a renter I have been here for three years. The main selling points when my wife and I moved here was the proximity to DC, location to surrounding parks for our dog, and price. The neighbors are amazing people, diverse, and never felt unsafe. Downside is that management in this building needs a lot of improvement. The building is older and requires a lot of maintenance.
