Location is good, but my goodness the politics involved in this place. The HOA is completely corrupt. There is only one sensible person on the board. Maintenance rates have almost doubled in the past 5 years. The property manager, Brenda Vega, is a hypocrite and a striving dictator. For example, I have seen board members park illegally overnight. Brenda does nothing. Lets it happen. However, if you do it for 30 minutes, just to clear your driveway to do some work, they will tow your car. She camps out here until 3am to catch... read more
