Would never live there but I can say when I ride past or visit my friend who lives there it's an infestation of drug addicts drug dealers and beggers! There is a fight there at least once a week and lately there have been stabbings. Sorry to say but mostly trash live there. Rock Hall should have known what those type of apartments would bring to the town. 😞
