Me and my wife lived here for about 9 years. Everything that ever needed to be fixed got done quick, the landlady was always good to us. Its nothing incredible but its extremely affordable, our rent went up only once in those 9 years. We got our security deposit back in full less than 3 weeks after we moved out. Its a very quiet building, the walls are not paper thin like other places I've lived. Overall a good experience.
I lived here for about nine years. The pros? The building is quiet. Amazing location in St Louis Park. Never really had issues with neighbors. The rent only went up twice the entire time we lived there. Very fair to deal with and not out to nickle and dime you. They try to fix everything quickly when issues arise. Can have dogs. Lived there for 5 years after college. Some of the best memories of my 20s were there. Great place if you don't need bells and whistles. Staff was accommodating. One time my boy Justin vomited on my habanero plant on my deck and no one called in about the noise. Great community.
Liz is a liar and a crook. She barely keeps track of what's paid and not paid. She is a money hog instead of being amicable. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
