I have had many experiences within the U.S. healthcare system…some good, some bad. But I must say, I have never felt compelled to write a public review until now. I had the extreme displeasure of encountering this particular surgeon at Duke, and I was genuinely shocked by the experience. It takes a lot for me to be disturbed to this degree, but the sheer lack of empathy and basic decency I witnessed was alarming. Amazing surgeon! I had open heart surgery on Thursday, March 28th and was released from. The hospital on April 1st. I'm sure that Brittnay's advocacy for the use of robotic, minimally invasive surgery was key to my recovery. I'm grateful for her skill, her compassion and her dedication to her profession. Thank you, Brittnay!

Dr Zwichenburger, and Her entire team are awesome. Cardiovascular surgery is a life changing/life saving ordeal. These folks do a very important job, and this team is at the top of Their game.
