I've constantly have a good but slow experience and the lobby staff members are pleasant.
Started the process to get an appointment in October of 2024. First available was in December. Appointment came around and their Office called to reschedule to January of 2025. Once again they called me to move my scheduled appointment up in the day. We made an agreement to move it up 1 hr from the original time. Called me back 20 min later to say that I was the only appointment late after noon and if I couldn’t move up to 1 pm they will have to reschedule. So had to reschedule again. I think Brittany is a great physician and doctor and has always taken very good care of me and is only interested in my best interest and in my best health. I am very fortunate to have her as my primary care physician .
I've been a patient for several years, and while fine for an annual exam and have nothing going on, she is worthless when something acute occurs and you need to see a doctor. I'm finding a new primary care doctor.
Wish I could give a negative star. I have been with her at least half a decade. She was great until I actually needed her and an appointment. You aren't treated like a real person, literally told they would rather you go to the ER then deal with you(normal PCP providers would see you or provide, wasting the ER's time. ER said i should be seeing PCP), never get your phone calls answered by the front office to the point other offices can't get through either such as pharmacists.
