I had the pleasure of working with Brittanie who was referred to me by a friend whom she had helped to buy a home, and I would highly recommend her. She is incredibly patient and understanding and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. (She will let you know when she thinks a house is overpriced, when the market is not favorable… always acting in your favor. Through this she helped me save a lot). Thanks to her I found perfect home and the process was stress-free. I will recommend her any day.

Brittanie is an outstanding realtor. We were on a tight time-line to relocate and find a home. The holidays were fast approaching, Brittanie worked very hard to find homes that met our requirements along with having a very good knowledge of all the different areas in and around Richmond. Brittanie is simply IT. I reached out to a service to find a realtor and I knew instantly when Brittanie spoke with me the first time that she was our realtor. Brittanie is everything. Brittanie is the absolute greatest realtor I could’ve asked for! She worked tirelessly for over a year to help me find a home that was right for me and my budget. . She was always so patient, kind, and honest. She really kept my best interests in mind. She remains very helpful after the purchase, providing referrals and encouragement.
