My first day of work here. Very nice and down to earth people. I think I'm going to love working here.
Very professional company
Be very careful of these guys. Made a reservation on June 20, 2024 for December 30, 2024. We paid the deposit and got confirmation once in June and AGAIN in August. On December 28, 2024 they called and cancelled our reservation. They offered a "condo" without an oceanfront view. Not anywhere what we wanted, so we declined. They never offered a discounted future stay. Now we had to cancel kennel time, hoping they didn't charge us for such a late cancel. Kheresha is the worst customer service representative. She said she was going to give a call back in a few days, in an email. She never did. Nine days later, she claims she didn't mean to write that and now the prices went up $400s more and they refuse to give us the original quoted price. Why should we be punished when the customer service representative said they were going to follow up letting us know if there are lower rates, but she "didn't mean to". Then don't copy and paste generic emails when you don't mean it.
I truly wish that I could give no stars. I mostly take the time to write positive reviews, but I hoping this will help some other family to avoid any resort managed by this company. They actually do not manage at all. I have no idea why they participate in a very poor attempt to assist. You can only speak by messages, and they are only authorized to apologize and then end with if you have any other concerns let us know. The air conditioner was broke.
