Laughable
Watch your bill if you book through a 3rd party site like a team travel group. We were overcharged and was told that it wasn't their problem and we needed to reach out to the team travel company after i received notification that the hotel was going to refund everyone the overcharge. Don't expect them to reply to you either, because that wont happen unless you call them out on it.
Amateur hour at Brittain Resorts management company in Pawleys Island. Tried to stay in a vacation rental and not only did they leave all of my personal information exposed all night on the front porch for anyone to grab, but anyone could have seen the information including the house code to enter. Very unsafe ! It didn’t get any better once we got to the house. 52 degrees upon entering, no house instructions so couldn’t connect to WIFI. ********WOMEN BEWARE****** This review is to help keep others safe. I stayed at a Brittain Resort and this was my experience **Update** The head of security finally reviewed the footage from this incident 4 days later and advised that someone checked in and did not speak English so they were escorted to their room. They are claiming that it was another guest that came into my room at 3am.
