I stayed at a Brittain Resort and this was my experience **Update** The head of security finally reviewed the footage from this incident 4 days later and advised that someone checked in and did not speak English so they were escorted to their room. I came down here for a visit now.I'm making this my home.I simply love you
Please make sure you review their cancellation policies carefully! NO full refunds given no matter how far out you might have to cancel. They don’t seem to care that ‘life’ can happen. Definitely learned my lesson and will never book a stay with them.
Terrible. We went to check in at our scheduled check in time of 4pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready. How? The front desk said they had an issue with housekeeping and didn’t know when our room would be available. The entire check in counter was filled with customers all trying to check into their rooms.
