Terrible. We went to check in at our scheduled check in time of 4pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready. How? The front desk said they had an issue with housekeeping and didn’t know when our room would be available. The entire check in counter was filled with customers all trying to check into their rooms. My family and I stayed in Aug.10-12. We found roaches in our towels and the front was no help. Luckily we only had one more night and we slept in the car.
Our reunion committee were so disappointed with the lack of service and transparency after booking our 2025 family reunion event at Compass Cove Resort which is under the Brittain Resorts & Hotels umbrella. It became very clear to us upon arrival that the meeting room for a couple of our events did not have some of the main things we requested. Recently rented a place through Brittain Resorts on Airbnb and mentioned all of the issues with our room on the last day just to make someone aware. My message was looked at an never responded to. I was not looking for a refund, but a "sorry your pillow had mold" or a "I'm sorry for the thick, nasty dust on the fan and vent" would have been nice. I know who I will not be booking with next time.
