My stepson recently bought a used car from this dealership. It broke down when he was driving it home. He found out the fuel pump was bad. They made him pay to have it replaced. How could they not have known? He didn't even make it a mile from the dealership. Now he has no brakes, and again they won't give him the time of day. Granted, it was a used car, but they wouldn't even cover it for 30 days. Bob the price of the car was $1200 and it was test driven multiple times and agreed upon to be sold AS-IS. The $1200 car was fine on the multiple test drives unfortunately on $1200 cars things can happen, that why they are $1200, their is no way to know when a fuel pump will die thats why it was fine on multiple test drives. Even though it was sold AS-IS we towed it back for FREE, WE paid the labor and sold him the fuel pump at cost. He was happy when he left. As always Chad McCowin and the Brittain group knocked it out of the park. We just purchased a Traverse from them to accommodate our growing children. Pleasure dealing here. Always a laid back, relaxed experience. They even had toys for the kids to play with in the showroom while my wife and I talked with Chad. Fourth car from here in better than a decade, with more purchases in the future. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing Chad for any used or new car needs.
Just bought our Traverse from Chad McCowin today and as always it was a fantastic experience! This is our 4th vehicle from Brittains and we will continue to keep purchasing our vehicles from them! From the moment we walked in we were treated like family. It was a very laid back exchange and comfortable place to be. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. I have nothing but go things to say about the entire experience!
