Britta is a disgrace of a doctor. She is more interested in following a handbook than getting a patient in front of the proper doctors to receive help. She will keep a patient in pain for years just so she can bend over backwards to her masters at Kaiser. Doctors who have sold their integrity to their insurance overlords should not be practicing.
