We hired Britta-Chase and Brent ******(owner) to replace windows and siding on our home. We put money down for the project. After months of promises to begin the work, he removed the siding and never returned. We filed a complaint with the MN Department of Labor and Industry. They researched numerous complaints and his License was Revoked. Britta-Chase / Brent ******has at least 6 outstanding active judgements against him in Civil Court, including ours for almost $7,000. Do not hire him unless you want to be scammed.
We hired them to install a screened in porch. We were charged $4680 for gas heaters but electric ones were installed which we later learned you could buy at **** *****for $798. He kept saying he would come by and finish the job, two years later we still don't have a finished porch and he owes us $4052.
Brita Chase, Inc subcontracted a portion of a project to my company and has not paid their bill which is now 125 days overdue.
