The team at Britt & Tilson went above and beyond for us. Our glass backsplash arrived in their workshop days before Helene did. Needless to say, we never saw that one - but a few months later, they were back on the project. They worked with us and the vendor (who was also in WNC and affected by the storm), to make sure we got exactly what we wanted - including coming back for final tweaks. This was huge as other contractors we've worked with tend to be one and done (even if they're not). customer service quality & design
