The team at Britt and Tilson were fantastic to work with, they were up front with a pricing estimate based on the photos and measurements I'd provided. They came out and we discussed options for our shower to not only save cost, but to ease installation as well. There was a delay in getting some of the hardware and their team kept us informed of the delay and made sure we were taken care of. I had a great experience with Britt and Tilson Glass. I brought in a mirror to be resized and was pleasantly surprised when it was finished in about 15 minutes! I truly appreciated how helpful, efficient, and friendly Bill was throughout the entire process. It's not often you find service that is fast and personable. Thank you for such a great experience!

Excellent company with exceptional service from everyone involved. From my initial contact the response was immediate, from David I believe, and his design was exactly what I wanted so another guy came out to measure, I failed to get his name but he was on time, professional, answered questions and made appropriate recommendations.
