We had a shower door installed late last summer. After installation, Britt & Tilson let us know that the door was warped and that they'd handle a replacement free of charge. Replacement was scheduled the week after Hurricane Helene hit, and their team reached out to us in the midst of that chaos to let us know the impact to their warehouse.
