Excellent company with exceptional service from everyone involved. From my initial contact the response was immediate, from David I believe, and his design was exactly what I wanted so another guy came out to measure, I failed to get his name but he was on time, professional, answered questions and made appropriate recommendations. Great customer service. Excellent product and customer care even years after having my shower door installed.
This is a family-run company and it feels like one. In the age of giant corporations where you get treated like a number and have to talk to robots this is such a personable, friendly group. They also did a fantastic job fixing my antique mirror. It was cracked when I moved out of biltmore village to Weaverville just days before the flood in 2024. The Britt and Tilson team did an excellent job today…! They took an 18 year-old glass shower door and made it look new. They installed new gasket material, adjusted to fit perfectly. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and clean work, would highly recommend…!!!
We are very pleased with the craftsmanship of the shower doors and mirrors. We appreciate their responsiveness for an issue we were having which is very common with new builds. They promptly fixed the issue, communicated well via text and the craftsmen that serviced the issue were great. I highly recommend Britt and Tilson Glass.
