Britt & Graff went out of their way to help us with a switch over propane delivery. However, the young kid that they sent said he was a tech and needed to see our system. After he looked the burner no longer would start. We went to look for the burner code booklet and it was gone. I called them and they said they did not have it. That is a lie.
