Dr. Drake does not listen to her patients. She constantly changes the narrative to fit with what is happening. It took months for her to change my partner's medication even though we told her multiple times that it was not working. Her ego is inflated and she thinks she knows more than you do about your own body.
Dr. Britt Drake is simply a terrible provider, particularly if you have inflammatory bowel disease. Avoid her at all costs. Her ego prevents her from discussing points of view other than her own. This in turn causes her to discount valid treatment options that are recommended by other, superior health care providers.
So affable, clear, professional, and easy to communicate with.
