Took my dog in to be seen. They didn’t even examine him when I was in the room. Brushed off my questions. Gave him some meds and the person checking me out tried to tell me the ear meds were for his eyes. Waste of my time and money.
I dont understand how a business can legally perform services and SUPRISE you with a $790 bill at the end? How do these people sleep at night? I feel like they take advantage of people's love for their animals. The best part is after this insane process (or lack of) they were not sure what was wrong with my cat. I saw red for the entire rest of my day.
I've been here probably 50 times and never once have I been let down by this team of experts. I have also called here on the phone many times when I have questions or a possible emergency and someone has always been there for me .
