We adopted a little puppy and the next day had to take it into the vet because she was sick. She tested positive for parvo and was admitted. The hosp had her for 5 days and everyday I got 2 phone calls from the dr with updates. I got an email from Amber; a vet tech, with a pic and an update of our puppy. They took excellent care of our baby and she was able to fight the parvo! Thank you so much to everyone there who loved and snuggled and took care of our baby! You all are angels!
Dr. Moseley is PHENOMENAL 🫶 I've been through Urgent Care and regular Primary Appts w my 7 yr old Pit/Pyrenees mix. She gets itchy twice a year and I also bring her in for nail maintenance! Over the last few years she has slowed down some and put on a few extra pounds. Dr. Moseley took the time to educate and hammer out a plan to give Nova the most abundant life. I can't thank her enough! Highly recommend We also NEVER wait long and I love the curbside option as Nova can be aggressive at times!
Brought my little Misty for critical help. I had to carry her thru the doorway because she was unable to walk. They met her and treated her with great care and professionalism for the last 15 minutes of her life. I am grateful for the love and attention they gave her. I brought my dog Rowan to Webster Groves Animal Hospital Urgent Care after he stepped on a roofing nail and began holding up his right front paw. On the way to the hospital, he pulled it out with his teeth. I brought the nail into the hospital with us. During the visit, an exam lasting roughly 10 minutes was performed. When my dog was returned to me, I was asked whether the injured paw was the left one. I clarified it was the right paw. I do wish I would have seen how low the reviews were before going to this emergency hospital and not choosing to go to the location in Brentwood where I usually go. But when your animal is very very sick sometimes your brain doesn’t think of all the things it should. The woman here named Tracie should not be allowed to continue working here. She’s not a very good human being and definitely doesn’t deserve the job of working with animals in an emergency clinic is not only unprofessional but also lacks humanity and empathy. Wi... read more
