Everything was dandy until they made a racist comment about my family. We were picking up my girls dog and they made a racial comment about them being black and me being white. I’m literally not joking. I am disgusted with this place. Do not go here if you are interracial. They apparently have an issue with it.

Cudos to Webster Groves Animal Hospital and Urgent Care. On Friday, September 5th at 5pm a kennel refused to take my dog for her planned stay because her distemper shot was not up to date, even though I had previously provided my dog's vaccination record to them 11 days earlier. Luckily, I was referred to Wester Groves Animal Hospital and they were able to graciously accommodate me so I could make the kennel deadline of 8:30pm. I would have missed an important family event had they not come to my rescue. Thank you so much.
