When this place first opened, it was great. But as time went on, and the place remains empty, quality has decreased. The place just seems too big for it's needs, and it always seems sad inside. The food is still okay, but rice seems to sit, and food overall seems to be a bit old. The main issue though, is the wait. This is a place surrounded by meters, that most of the customer traffic is probably around lunch, yet they take forever. This place has gone downhill fast. Went in today for a burrito, the place was totally empty. I get up the counter and the kid with longer hair who always wears the Dodgers baseball cap was working.. he doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting, and then proceeds to make 7 Doordash burritos prior to taking my order (I understand they were ordered first, but the dasher wasn't there waiting). Very disappointing experience. I came to order chicken, but I was told I had to wait because it wasn’t ready. From what I could see, the chicken appeared to already be cooked and sitting in the back. Instead, the staff kept encouraging customers to buy beef. It felt like they were trying to sell the beef instead of serving the chicken that seemed to be available. The communication was confusing, and I left frustrated. I hope they improve their customer service and are more honest and transparent with customers.
