Todd gave amazing customer service. He remembered all our names very friendly very accommodated. We came here for my son‘s birthday to get him a car and he made the experience an amazing and quick process. I’m definitely gonna refer people to this . Todd and the finance manager made it feel like it was home. they made a process that I was dreading an amazing experience.
A vehicle was purchased and paid in full. The title has still not been provided despite repeated follow-ups over several months. Edit: 2/20/26 - be aware, part of the sign is covered. Not sure if they are renaming or hiding.
As much as I’d like to give this place a good rating I cannot in good conscience. Buyer beware. These guys are nice, but that’s all I can say. If you want to do business with them please MAKE SURE they have the vehicle title in hand BEFORE purchasing. Otherwise, you’ll end up like me waiting 5 months to get the title. If I could leave 0 stars I would paid $2500 down in July for 2012 Infiniti qx56 plus finance company gave them $8000 that iam responsible for can’t get a tag can’t drive the car anymore but still have to pay for it they need to be shut down immediately scamming and ripping people off just ridiculous and no lies every breath he takes this is bullshit but mo just know I am taking you to court this will not end with me losing I promise you that
More issues than solutions. Paper work that should have been done months ago is not done.
