We call and place the order! We don't receive it, we call again and they don't know what you're talking about.
Business is going down hill. Lack of Communication have to call multiples times never a call back from the company. Been waiting on a delivery for 2 weeks now - no ice.
This business doesn't care about their neighbors or the local community. The Salem police have told them to shut down their loading dock after 8pm due to multiple noise complaints from multiple local residents. Management doesn't care, they're still running a loading dock as late as midnight on weeknights and as early as 5am. The amount of noise they make clearly exceeds the cities noise ordinance laws. They, do, not, care.
They won't deliver less than 2000 lbs of ice. They no longer sell dry ice (it does come up in the Google search). They're focused on supplying businesses, not consumers. Definitely a change in service attitude from the prior owners.
