RUN!!!! Our brand new 3 bedroom @ The Coves in Weslaco has had more problems than most fixer uppers. Walls cracking, water leaks, electrical problems. The main bathroom shower has been torn out twice and repaired to get rid of the "moldy smell". Now, the floor needs to be repaired/replaced due to tiles cracking and spreading. They created the perfect floor plan for our family, helped us through the design process, and in the end delivered a solid home that exceeded our expectations.
