This review is only a review of BSW HEALTHCARE INSURANCE. ALL MY DOCTORS ARE GREAT!Barely a 2 star for me. I had regrets throughout the year over my choice. Most of my doctors are BSW employees. Copay was big for me till end of 8th month. This Insurance denied coverage in the 11th hour. Surgeon had to intervene. End of the year cost cutting for BSW SENIOR CARE ADVANTAGE.....? MAKES ME WONDER.
Britni was very thoughtful, kind and efficient. She was very knowledgeable about renewing and updating prescriptions.
Great patient care. Responded quickly to a message regarding post procedure back spasms. Provided needed help and directions during phone call to alleviate the problem. The quickest response I have had from a medical provider in years.
