I brought my car in because of an insurance claim. They rushed my car, they didn’t button up my car correctly. I could move everything with my fingers. I found 3 locations on my car that were an issue. I made them take my car over night again. The next day I come in and inspect the car again, only then was my car okay from what I can see. Then signing paperwork I was told I had a 500 dollar deductible. The amount was waived through insurance. I never had such horrible costumer service.
RecommendedBritland Auto Body did a stellar job! My 13 year old vehicle looks like a new car! They were fast, efficient and continually gave updates on their progress! I highly recommend them! The body work on my car was seamless and they even detailed my car! It looked like a million bucks! Thank you, Britland!
the work was beautifully done. The car was clean when I picked it up. I was kept informed on the progress and any additional issues that were found. I would definitely recommend Britland to anyone.
My car looked amazing..the service was amazing. I received my car back when they said it will be ready..they had great communication. Joe and carina were excellent in keeping me informed about the progress of my repairs..I would recommend this auto body shop highly. I also received assistance with renting a vehicle. Carina made several phone calls for me regarding car rental.
They do excellent work my 2019 had some body damage it came out perfect the staff handled the Ins there was nothing for me to do but sign a few papers an drive away with a smile!
