DO NOT use this cabinet company!! I had 2 poor recommendations from 2 reputable contractors. Unfortunately, I ignored their advise due to British Traditions' salesmanship and was talked into using BT for a kitchen remodel. Its cabinets are decently average quality. The stain and finish is inconsistent and unlike the sample provided. The installation went very badly, many measurements were wrong, drawers were built incorrectly. Their customer service is deplorable! British traditions took 7 months to right all that was wrong.... read more
