The staff isn't considerate enough and there's a hint of racism against families that don't speak Spanish. Classes are canceled last minute and the app is horrible to use.
UPDATE (AUGUST 2026) I am writing this review as someone who is very familiar with swimming. Several members of my family were competitive swimmers for many years, so I understand the importance of consistency, proper technique, and quality instruction. When we first enrolled with British Swim School, we were extremely pleased. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and consistent, and our child progressed quickly. The team at Xchange Place is highly skilled, professional, and dedicated. The facility offers separate showers, lockers, changing rooms, and plenty of complimentary parking spaces. Management is consistently helpful and willing to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes whenever possible. Kim and the other teachers are wonderful with the kids and do an excellent job identifying areas where skills need improvement while helping them grow and develop.
All of the teachers and managers are great! My baby has been going since he's 4 months, now 17 months and he has the greatest time. App is easy to navigate, you can reschedule and go to a different time than your normal one, even to a different location, which is very convenient. Highly recommend!
The whole British Swim School team at Xchange consistently exceed expectations— always so polite, professional, and helpful. Special mention of Kimberly and Arianna, who are the absolute best 👍
