All the B.S.S. Staff has been friendly, professional and excellent in supporting our little guy (Jam) in water safety and beginning to swim. Special callout and thanks to Liz for going the extra mile to help Jam get back in the water after several difficult (failed) attempts to convince him there are no sharks in the water. Liz really took the extra time, dressing up as Spider-Man and doing 1-on-1 activities. It worked! You rock!
Friendly staff/trainer and have very nice pool area/gym to learn to.
