My son took classes here and the teachers were always calling out sick. So I put my membership on hold. They are holding like $150 credit of mine and won’t refund it. Since then my son has learned to swim at a summer camp. The customer service will not refund me my money and requires that he start up lessons again. They also will only start him at starfish which he’s way too advanced for. They don’t go free reevaluating so I’d have to pay for that class. I Love how my babe has been doing at the pool make progress every day … each teacher are friendly and supportive of each step . Highly recommend this swimming school.. going to the next level now . I love each person who works in this location in think is the best costumer service … we took a small rest because winter is coming but I’m sad because the Quinta pool is the best pool I like the temperature… the guys are very friendly and they know how to make sure each one have the best time … see you soon guys in... read more
