We’ve had a wonderful experience with British Swim School in Glendora. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping each child build confidence and develop strong water safety skills. The lessons are well-structured, engaging, and tailored to each swimmer’s ability level. First off let me say that all the swim instructors here have been phenomenal. My frustration is with the way this company is run. It's non stop small issues and it seems management is non existent. Lots of miscommunication and the scheduling is terrible. Why is it one class has 6 kids but there are 3 other instructors with 1 kid? Feels like the franchise is not run smoothly. Both of my daughters (3&9) take swim lessons at British Swim School in Glendora and it has been a phenomenal experience. The instructors, Monique, Sam, Sarah, Araceli and Jasmine are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and intentional with their teaching skills. I have tried other programs but this one is actually teaching my girls to swim. My older daughter has learned all swim styles, while my younger has moved up through the lessons, confidently jumping in, floating, and learning swim styles.
