We’ve been taking our son to British Swim School for the past two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. He has learned so much, gained confidence in the water, and continues to improve thanks to the amazing instructors. My 6 year old [austistic/adhd] started taking lessons around six months ago and has made phenomenal progress. Previous attempts to learn water safety were unsuccessful (he was younger at a different program). The welcoming, challenging, and rewarding environment created by Monique has him excited for his weekly lesson. Coordination of lessons, absences, etc. has been remarkably smooth - thanks Aneesa!
We’ve had a wonderful experience with British Swim School in Glendora. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping each child build confidence and develop strong water safety skills. First off let me say that all the swim instructors here have been phenomenal. My frustration is with the way this company is run. It's non stop small issues and it seems management is non existent. Lots of miscommunication and the scheduling is terrible. Why is it one class has 6 kids but there are 3 other instructors with 1 kid? Feels like the franchise is not run smoothly.
