When I started taking lessons I was terribly afraid of deep water (phobia probably) and could not swim a lick. I’m 77 years old so I’ve been that way a long time. I see people snorkeling and it looks like so much fun but my fear holds me back. The instructor that has been working with me has brought me up in stages.
