I’m extremely frustrated with British Swim School’s repeated last-minute cancellations and poor communication. Last week, we were notified via text message at 2:30 PM that our 4:00 PM lesson was canceled due to the pump being broken, and that had been broken all week. Today, we drove 40 minutes to the facility for our 4:00 PM lesson and were told upon arrival that the water was too cold because the heater was broken. “Our experience with this infant swim school has been amazing! The teachers are all incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and so nurturing with the babies. The girls on each team created such a comfortable and supportive environment. You can truly tell they care about every child’s safety and confidence in the water whether a infant, mine is 10 months old, or the older children i saw there. Highly recommend to any parents looking to introduce their little ones to swimming!
We really enjoy bringing our son to classes at the Rock Hill location. We are always met with a friendly smile and kindness.
