Our 2 year old had our very first class today. Owner Chris was accommodating and answered all the questions on the phone before the class but the person sitting at the desk - organizing the schedules was extremely rude and condescending. The tadpole classes are clearly not worth it. There was no clear instructions or directions from the instructor or the organizer before or after the class. I would not recommend for babies at all.
I am going to miss coach Lauren very much! I have only been here for about a month and she has made me feel very comfortable and capable in the water. I will miss her kind and patient nature. Best wishes to you Lauren on your future endeavors! Thank you for your guidance during our short time!
This has been such a great experience for our son to gain his confidence in the water. We saw so much improvement in the water w him. Lauren was our son’s instructor and she’s been so great w him. Unfortunately she’s leaving and we wish her the best of luck! I know we’re in the best hands w the other instructors.
