I’ve been to a few British Swim School locations because of employee turnover and have been fortunate to find Lily and Gail at the Portero location. They’re super patient and kind to my daughter, Samantha, who’s quiet and shy to new people. She’s still in Shark 1 but I can see the immediate change in her skill level after we switched over from the San Mateo location. Thank you Lily and Gail!
Emily and Bruce are super supportive and amazing teachers
We’ve been coming for 2 years. Older child has progressed from starfish to turtle 1, thanks to patient teachers and a lot of prodding. Kid 2 is in starfish;just started in the fall. I really appreciate that the teachers are always positive and gentle and meet our kids where they are that day.
