Richard has been a pleasure to work with! The first time we called him, he was quick to come out and take a look at my house. I was able to get the work done quickly as well. I've now had him work on 2 different projects. Highly recommend!
If I could give less than one star I would. This handyman has continually overcharged for shotty work over and over especially for older females not familiar with inspecting work. See NextDoor comments. There was even a comment posted that they have false positive reviews on Next Door due to relatives…but regardless, BEWARE OF BRITISH HERITAGE HANDYMAN - Do NOT use this company!!! Richard's work is impeccable. He assembled a chest and is polite and moreover knows exactly how and what to do. I certainly will refer him and use his services again.
British Heritage Handyman Services and Richard Parkinson are great to work with. They just left my home after doing some needed pool cage repair, and I am thrilled with the work performed. Richard came to quote my repairs when he said he'd be here, and came to do the repairs, when he said he'd be here. Those two things alone are enough to recommend him, but they did excellent work too!
