Lots of great products- my British mum enjoyed the store. However, all 3 of us shoppers were.charged taxes on items that are NOT taxable in MA. Two of us were refunded the taxes after we pointed out the “error”. They refused to refund taxes to my sister (for absolutely no valid reason). People look at your receipts! There are deceptive business practice is going on here.
