I was taken on as a client after surgery last week, I was transferred from urgent care to them. They told me on Friday that I had an appointment today for 10am but when I called this morning, there was no appointment. My gauze and packing needs to be changed at the very max every 48 hours. Its now passed 48 hours so now im at risk for infection. They are failing their duty to care.
