This review is for ladies upstairs at the receptionist desk. They’re all very rude every time I walk in. Last time I got no greeting not even a hi and she told me to go sit and that’s it. She had to repeat it because I was still waiting in line and was confused if she was talking to the guy in front of me since I was still waiting and it wasn’t clear that she was talking to me. They know people are in there for mental health groups and have no respect for people of all walks of life. It’s truly disgusting
Coming from a big city, I find Vernon health unit has little wait times & friendly knowledgeable staff. Helpful & courteous with a welcoming smile as you come thru the door. I've had the best experiences in my visits to Vernons hospital & parking is affordable! Be sure to stop by the coffee shop & try the best baked goods in town! 👍
