The real deal. Such amazing knowledgeable folks. I grew up with Land Rovers and know a real Land Rove/Range mechanic when I see one. Honest, well priced and most importantly do great work. My 2017 Ranger Rover feels like a new car after service here, with all their diagnosis being correct. Will be coming back.
I am the original owner of a 2009 Range Rover HSE. This was my first time bringing the car to British Car Service and I was so impressed with my experience from start to finish. I had an annoying, intermittent message and loud “dinging” while driving. I contacted two other locations and they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. I was half way through a cross country (both ways) trip, and discovered I had small problem. I located the part as I wasn't sure I'd be able to get it fixed still locally, but Beverly was beyond kind squeezing me in, and getting it fixed (and an oil change) super quickly. Mark the mechanic was lovely and got me back on my way with the part in place, and some fresh liquids.
