It is very clear that Dave has no place being in a customer facing role and should probably stick to something that would see him have minimal contact with people in general! My first conversation with Dave, after 3 follow up emails with no response, was a call to clarify items on a quote as per the handwritten instructions on the quote. Always great service from Dave and if he hasn’t got the parts in stock they arrive quickly. It’s the only place I get my Land Rover and Jag parts from.
