£600+ hot water tap arrived swiftly but with multiple damaged areas. Reported these by email with accompanying photos within minutes of receipt as their website insists on reporting damaged items within 48 hours for a free return. Zero response in return after a week so chased by telephone, highlighting that they should not insist on timescales if they are not prepared to honour them in return. Absolutely terrible customer service. Lied to me four times saying my items were going to be sent over a period of over a week, only to claim it was never in stock and unavailable for a month. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please believe their reviews and purchase elsewhere.
